Meet Loz Antonenko.
With nearly 20 years of experience in small business, Loz Antonenko understands the critical role of work-life integration and self-care in productivity and well-being. She has faced significant challenges, including the suicide of her first husband, a traumatic sexual assault, a brain tumour diagnosis, and a congenital heart defect in her 30s. These experiences have shaped her resilience and passion for self-improvement.
Loz’s journey has focused on overcoming “Handbrake Habits” – daily activities like eating, breathing, sleep, movement, and hydration – that hinder or propel us forward. As an integrated coach, instructor, and mentor, she helps others break free from limitations to lead more fulfilling lives.
Recognised as the 2022 AUSactive Australian Personal Trainer of the Year and the 2023 Queensland Exercise Instructor of the Year, Loz’s credentials reflect her expertise and dedication. Through her Healthy Habit Hierarchy, she provides a simple, effective approach to personal transformation, offering individuals a roadmap to wellness and empowerment.
